Sonja graduated from SCAD in Historic Preservation and studied Public History at Armstrong University. She is a native of the southeast; from the Blue Ridge mountains to the Gulf shores of south Florida. She has called Savannah her home since the early 1990's and worked in historic building restoration, modernization, and preservation since that time. She has also worked for the Georgia Land Trust, negotiating conservation easements with landowners to protect undeveloped land for future generations. She brings the real estate world a passion for buildings with character and sees great potential in properties others may find challenging.
