She has over 15 years of real estate experience in the Savannah market and has built relationships throughout the industry. She has experience in strategic coordination of all facets of real estate development and sales.
Experience and Accomplishments
Ms. Browne’s career in real estate began in 2002 when she worked as a brokerage assistant for a large development company. After obtaining her real estate license, she worked directly with the COO for North Point Real Estate and was involved in a variety of projects. Beyond real estate, Ms. Browne worked in the marketing department for an ENR Top 500 rated engineering and architectural firm. This experience allowed her to leverage her knowledge of land development and attention to detail to respond to RFPs across multiple disciplines.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Browne graduated with a dual major from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware before moving to Savannah. She has worked in real estate and related industries since obtaining her license in 2002.
Personal
Ms. Browne lives in Savannah with her husband of 16 years, Toby. They have three children – Cora (13), Charlotte (11) and Elliot (5). She and her family spend their free time boating camping, biking and enjoying life in coastal Georgia
