Lori Judge, the Founder and CEO of Judge Realty, stands apart as one of Georgia’s top commercial, industrial and residential real estate experts. Licensed in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina, she offers a highly strategic approach to buying, selling and leasing real estate throughout the Southeast.

Lori serves as an invaluable resource for companies interested in expanding to Savannah, Ga. and the surrounding area as well as established local companies, commercial property owners and residential buyers and sellers. She leads a dynamic team with a shared focus on integrity, collaboration, exceeding client expectations and professional excellence.

A Midwest native who grew up in Princeton, Illinois, Lori earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa, moved to Savannah in 1999 and immediately fell in love with the city. She opened Judge Realty as a full-service boutique real estate firm in 2005, offering highly professional residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management services for clients in a wide range of industries.

Lori has a strong commitment to sustainability, art, culture and innovation and believes in leading by example. She owns and operates the only solar-powered real estate company in Savannah and curates the Judge Art Collection, making this world-class art collection accessible to the public at the Judge Realty headquarters. Her longtime commitment to supporting local art and culture includes hosting and coordinating public art installations, as well as organizing creative community collaborations. Lori is redefining the ways that creativity, commerce and art can be integrated in the local community, celebrating innovation across various platforms.

Actively involved in the local community, Lori currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Telfair Museums and on the Queensborough Bank Advisory Board. She is a member of Telfair Museums, SCAD Museum of Art, Savannah Tree Foundation, Georgia Conservancy, Flannery O’ Connor Childhood Home, Downtown Neighborhood Association and the Downtown Business Association.
