Mark has called Savannah home for almost 30 years.  He graduated from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.  He brings over 35 years of experience in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial and industrial development.    Mark has lead large-scale residential development projects including:  Southbridge, a 1,400acre Community with the construction of Rees Jones Golf Course; Savannah Quarters, a Master Planned Community with a Robert Cupp Golf Course at the centerpiece; Marabou Ranch, a 1,788-acre ranch with 63 homesteads in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with 3 miles of the Yampa River restored into a pristine trout habitat.   Mark’s Commercial and Industrial projects include: the renovation of the VA Hospital to a SCAD office building which was one of the largest historic renovations for the City of Savannah and Gulfstream Aerospace Research & Development buildings.  During the period from 2010-2014, Mark served as U.S. Director of Central India Christian Mission (CICM) where he fundraised and coordinated significant projects such as orphanages, hospitals, and churches throughout India, Nepal and Bangladesh.


As a way to celebrate 15 years serving the Savannah community, we are pleased to announce our support for Loop it Up Savannah’s #ArtSmartActivityKits program. Created in response to school closures in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, this program provides students in need with access to art and crafting materials, workbooks and worksheets, games, and toys for their creative enrichment.
